Two weeks after onboarding: Focuses on providing basic orientation and introduction for new employees to help them adapt to the company culture and departmental organization as soon as possible. Building relationships with colleagues and integrating into the team. Three months after onboarding: Focus on communication and feedback to understand the performance and needs of new employees in the workplace and provide support and necessary learning resources.

Newcomer Book Club

Help new employees to develop the company culture at the beginning of their career, while promoting mutual understanding and cooperation among the team.
